Retrieve a property

GEThttps://secure.alterestate.com/api/v1/properties/view/{slug}/

Returns a property’s full detail: prices in every operation, location, description, amenities, photo gallery and assigned agents.

Authentication

Send aetoken: your_public_token. Public token. Settings → Public API Token (administrators only).

Key fields

Field	Type	Description
`cid`	number	Listing code shown to agents and clients.
`uid`	string	Unique identifier. Use it in Create a lead (`property_uid`) and Edit a property.
`forSale, forRent, forRental`	boolean	Whether the listing is offered for sale, long-term rent or nightly rental.
`sale_price, rent_price, rental_price`	number	Prices in the listing’s own currency (`currency_sale`, `currency_rent`, `currency_rental`).
`furnished_price, furnished_sale_price`	number	Furnished rent and furnished sale prices.
`us_saleprice, us_rentprice, us_rentalprice`	number	The same prices normalized to USD. Use them to compare listings.
`condition, condition_read`	number, string	9 ready to move in, 5 under construction, with a readable label.
`property_area, terrain_area`	number	Built area and land area, with their unit in `*_measurer`.
`description`	string	Long description, which may contain HTML. Sanitize it before rendering. `short_description` is plain text.
`amenities`	string[]	Amenity names.
`featured_image, gallery_image`	string, object[]	Cover photo and gallery URLs.
`agents`	object[]	Agents assigned to the listing, with contact details.
`is_project_v2, variations, project_values`	boolean, array, object	Development (project) data. Empty for regular listings.

Status codes

Status	Meaning
200	The request succeeded.
400	A parameter or the body is invalid. The response names the field.
401	The token is missing or invalid.
404	The resource or route does not exist.
429	Too many requests. Wait and retry.
500	Server error while processing the request.

Where do I find a property slug?

Each result of GET /api/v1/properties/filter/ includes slug. Pass it to GET /api/v1/properties/view/{slug}/.

Which price fields should I use to compare listings in different currencies?

Use the USD-normalized fields: us_saleprice, us_rentprice, us_rentalprice and us_furnished.
