## Key fields

| `cid` | number | Listing code shown to agents and clients. |
| `uid` | string | Unique identifier. Use it in Create a lead (`property_uid`) and Edit a property. |
| `forSale, forRent, forRental` | boolean | Whether the listing is offered for sale, long-term rent or nightly rental. |
| `sale_price, rent_price, rental_price` | number | Prices in the listing’s own currency (`currency_sale`, `currency_rent`, `currency_rental`). |
| `furnished_price, furnished_sale_price` | number | Furnished rent and furnished sale prices. |
| `us_saleprice, us_rentprice, us_rentalprice` | number | The same prices normalized to USD. Use them to compare listings. |
| `condition, condition_read` | number, string | 9 ready to move in, 5 under construction, with a readable label. |
| `property_area, terrain_area` | number | Built area and land area, with their unit in `*_measurer`. |
| `description` | string | Long description, which may contain HTML. Sanitize it before rendering. `short_description` is plain text. |

## Status codes

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| 200 | The request succeeded. |
| 400 | A parameter or the body is invalid. The response names the field. |
| 401 | The token is missing or invalid. |
| 404 | The resource or route does not exist. |
| 429 | Too many requests. Wait and retry. |
| 500 | Server error while processing the request. |

> Only listings published on the agency website can be retrieved. Detail requests are limited to 10 per second per IP; cache responses when you render listing pages.

### Where do I find a property slug?

Each result of GET /api/v1/properties/filter/ includes slug. Pass it to GET /api/v1/properties/view/{slug}/.

### Which price fields should I use to compare listings in different currencies?

Use the USD-normalized fields: us_saleprice, us_rentprice, us_rentalprice and us_furnished.
